January 6, 2010This is a great article, an op-ed, that appeared in the New York Times on Sunday about what publishers do and why publishers should have the e-book rights to the books that they publish in print versions. As a publisher, I certainly understand. The article talks about what we put into books that we publish–the editing, etc. No matter what you think about who should have the e-book rights to older titles, this is a great article on what publishers do.
